Ho podem fer abans, durant i despr\u00e9s de situacions que siguin un repte per a la nostra autoregulaci\u00f3. Pots llegir primer aquest post.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Abans<\/h2>\n\n<p>L&#8217;autoregulaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s cosa de la <strong>ment<\/strong> , cada cop tenim m\u00e9s clar que el <strong>cos<\/strong> t\u00e9 un paper clau en el nostre estat emocional. Abans de qualsevol situaci\u00f3 dif\u00edcil, o mentre no en tinguem cap a la vista, podem anar desenvolupant la nostra autoregulaci\u00f3 de la seg\u00fcent manera:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cuidant del cos (alimentaci\u00f3, descans, activitat f\u00edsica)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pr\u00e0ctiques meditatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>t\u00e8cniques de reformulaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Durant<\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00c9s el moment m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil. Les emocions adquireixen el bec d&#8217;intensitat i \u00e9s m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil que ens deixem portar. Podem fer diverses coses, per\u00f2 ens ajudar\u00e0 molt haver entrenat abans.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Escolta activa i comunicaci\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empatia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T\u00e8cniques de respiraci\u00f3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Despr\u00e9s<\/h3>\n\n<p>Quan una situaci\u00f3 dif\u00edcil o de conflicte ha passat, continuem pensant-hi i reavaluant el que ha passat. No podem evitar pensar per\u00f2, segons com ho fem, provocarem uns efectes o uns altres.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>T\u00e8cniques de reformulaci\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preguntes apreciatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acceptaci\u00f3 i compassi\u00f3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 d&#8217;aix\u00f2, estic segura que tens moltes <strong>estrat\u00e8gies personals<\/strong> per autoregular-te: potser algun esport o afici\u00f3 (pintar, escriure, m\u00fasica\u2026), parlar amb alg\u00fa que et doni suport, expressar el que penses i sents\u2026 Intentar coses noves afegir\u00e0 recursos a la teva motxilla, per\u00f2 el m\u00e9s important \u00e9s que et siguin \u00fatils.<\/p>\n\n<p>I afegiria, com a recurs per a diferents moments la consci\u00e8ncia i entrenament en <strong>fortaleses personals<\/strong> , que pot millorar la nostra autoefic\u00e0cia que \u00e9s reguladora per si mateixa.<\/p>\n\n<p>Si vols saber-ne m\u00e9s sobre autoregulaci\u00f3, pots veure aquest post sobre com desenvolupar-la.
